I guess this is good. There are so many moves going on i have no idea or even an opinion on where we stand. There are so many moving pieces. Im finding myself paying less attention.
I agree, it's like going to the horse racing track and watching every race, not knowing anything about any horse personally, but it's just another race, another horse, none of it matters unless you happen to pick a winner.
Dizzying array of moves but at positions of need. So long as they can establish a team identity/culture on the defensive side of the ball, I’m ok with it. Last season was a mess.
In my opinion they’re trying to go away from the Gibson version of 3-3-5 to something more adaptable situationally. All that has been discussed and is fairly obvious by now. This requires an overhaul to our front 7/6, and with the transfer portal that kinda thing is possible now. Throw in some “hybrids” and more focus on responsibility than being pigeonholed on alignment terminology. I’m excited for the possibilities!
