NC State talked to Concord (N.C.) Cox Mill sophomore wing Wendell Moore and re-offered him. He was first offered in the fall of his freshman year. UNC would be considered his current leader. Moore will be playing for CP3 16s for the second straight year. Rivals.com ranks him No. 52 in the class of 2019, and he led Cox Mill to a state title this season.
