Meet Jonathan Pierre of Nova Southeastern in Florida, the 36-0 Division II national champions.
The lanky 6-9, 193-pound sophomore averaged 14.4 points and 5.2 rebounds in 23.3 minutes per game. He shot 64 of 160 on three-pointers for 40.0 percent. They defeated West Liberty 111-101 in the national title game, but he struggled going 2 of 7 for four points. He did have 18 points and five 3-pointers in the semifinals.
