It just occurred to me, with Syracuse not participating in the tourney, how will that affect the pairings.
State is currently tied for 9th, but 6th is definitely attainable. with the current format, that would give a very favorable first game, provided it isnt against Wake. They are playing good ball right now.
In fact with heels having to play Duke twice and State once, 5th is not out of the question. Just win baby!
