If you wonder why the SEC and B1G have negotiated such large contracts, just look at the numbers. Something that also really flies off the charts is Colorado and the Sanders - crazy numbers for that school because of a coach and his son. And, if you aren't sure about FSUs claim that they bring a far larger number of eyes than most other ACC schools and should garner more of a share of the TV contract, these numbers tell us something. While time slots matter, brand is still more important. As to State, well, we need to win to build a brand if we want to have a shot at big pay conference in the future.
