Haven't seen it posted here yet, but numerous reports indicate the Coach Doeren has received a 2 year contract extension, along with some additional incentives/annuities for himself and the staff.
Expect a formal announcement from the university athletic department sometime tomorrow.
Great move from the university to lock down Coach D and take his name out of the inevitable coaching carousel for a few seasons. Once again, Dr. Yow and the leadership at NC State have put the cash behind its revenue sports, something previous administrations seemed to enjoy relegating to back channel ole boy networks and handshake deals.
