Gilbreath was an interesting recruitment. He played tight end at his junior college in California and offensive line coach Garett Tujague recruited him, with the idea that he could be a tight end but also grow into being an offensive tackle since he was 6-5 and 270ish at the time. NC State was in the mix of 4-5 schools, but he visited LSU and that was that. He played 56 snaps in 13 games for the Tigers.

Milfort officially visited NC State last June, and whether it was academics, or fit or just liking other defensive lineman more, the recruitment faded after his visit. He looked hard at Pittsburgh, Kansas and UCF hard, but ultimately signed with UAB and redshirted. Now he's back on the market.

Noel played at prep powerhouse John Curtis Christian in New Orleans, La., and started off at Nicholls State. Noel transferred to Texas Southern and had 43 tackles, seven tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks this past fall. NC State has offered him already.
