Glaring example: NC State's team rank is 28, and transfer rank is 13 (w/o Noah Rogers), with a comprehensive ranking of 31. UCF is just above us with a comprehensive ranking of 30, yet tss team ranking is lower (32 v 28) and its transfer ranking is lower (23 v. 13). This is illogical and I believe calls into question the validity of Rivals' system.
