Not exactly a glowing report for Ryan Finley. I have to say I disagree. However, it is still early and Rivers was not exactly considered a lock to make it in the NFL until the Sr bowl and other combine/workouts. I don't see Finley's arm strength much different than Rivers but perhaps others might have some data to say one way or another.
