There have been a few rumblings about NC State and the 13th slot.
One source of a portal post player thinks the Wolfpack could hold out until the May 29 college deadline and try and convince Mohamed Diarra that playing professionally in Europe is not the move, even if he just doesn't like school much. I don't think Diarra affected the in-decision of ECU power forward Ezra Ausar, but now that so many of the better power forwards are off the board, waiting and trying on a Hail Mary for Diarra could make sense.
Ausar, Manhattan freshman power forward Seydou Traore, Fairleigh Dickinson power forward Ansley Almonor and Illinois State power forward Myles Foster is what is out there for the most part. Foster just visited or is about to visit Notre Dame. Almonor is at Kentucky.
