We had mentioned maybe a month ago that Florida State was in line to land a top five recruiting class, and now I really think that will happen. The Seminoles landed star small forward Jonathan Isaac, who has great NBA attributes at 6-foot-8 and 190 pounds, with deep shooting range. The Rivals.com No. 13-ranked prospect could also play stretch four. A host of schools were on Isaac, and NC State looked into him too. The Florida native attends IMG in Bradenton.
Isaac joins point guard C.J. Walker and shooting guard Trent Forrest in the FSU class of 2016. Power forward Dewan Huell of Miami Norland and center Udoka Azubuike of Jacksonville Potter's House are the other in-state guys they are in on. Maybe Tampa Prep power forward Juwan Durham too.
