What a weird career for Arden, N.C., native Caleb Mills, but I think his transfer market will have some good options. Like a lot of the N.C. natives that have entered the portal, he's an undersized two guard who can stroke. He started off at Houston and then landed at Florida State, and maybe after four years will have his degree (or need a waiver).
The Seminoles didn't have a point guard this season, which was super weird, and he did some of the duties, but he's not a point guard. He ended up averaging 13.0 points and 3.0 assists per game and shot just 29.4 percent from three-point land. With the right team, he should be 35-38 percent on three-pointers. He had 27 points against Boston College and 21 against Florida, and he only had seven games in single digits this season (nine against NC State), so consistent.
