Even if it only cost The EWE cab fare to send Hill Billy packing, I just don’t see them doing it. They are committed to perception! Everything for them is about perception. That’s the reason they hired Hill Billy in the first place! It looked good! Name!!! Argyle-worthy! $10mm? Even better! Shows we’re serious! Then follow that with hype and hoopla!

They can’t back out now. For many reasons… contractually maybe, timing is terrible, on and on, but most importantly they can’t admit they were wrong… not to us, not to the general public, and not even to themselves. I have no idea what the actual contract looks like, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was fairly one-sided in Hill-Billy’s favor. Holes can’t fathom being wr…wr… wrong. And not even with all this media blowback. Now behind the scenes the Argyle Administration might try to dial things back, and rein in the HoleBill Hottie, but they’ll spin it for public consumption. And Hill Billy will walk the Argyle sidelines.

Ye, good points and certainly do not disagree...however, if this girlfriend drama continues and if it gets worse, then I am not sure he would not be sacrificed... but think you are probably correct..

There's speculation that Bill may not even coach this fall, while I dont think that's the case, I absolutely love the drama. This will be soooooo much more enjoyable with a healthy losing streak, I can't wait! lmao
