Many of us have been perplexed with the turnover in the coaching staff. But we are not the only ones and in many of the cases, coaches have left for the same position with another team in their own conference.

Tn DB coach was just hired by Alabama
Ga OC was just hired by Tn
And we all know about the coaches that have been poached from Alabama. It is happenning everywhere.
