NC State redshirt junior wing Mike James will likely miss the first 3-4 games of the season as he is recovering from a knee scope.
Sophomore forward Dennis Parker should be OK soon. He sprained one ankle before the scrimmage against South Carolina, and then he sprained the opposite ankle recently.
