Everything looks like a go tomorrow for big man Shawn Phillips to commit to NC State.
Wiggins was supposed to officially visit NC State this past weekend but not sure that happened. Been told by a source NC State is not in the running anymore and that might be because of De'Ante Green from Asheville Christian School. Both Wiggins and Green have similar profiles. Clemson may be the leader for Wiggins.
Picking up a vibe that NC State is emerging more and more as a major player with Skillings but still a big battle with Cincinnati also strongly in the mix and an OV to Miami looming. He has also visited Pittsburgh. I've reached out to Skillings but he has not gotten back with me yet.
NC State went to see Griffen work out yesterday.
