Final Fours in the Southwest

I’ve seen lots of similarities cited between the 1983 team and this year’s magical run. There’s having to win the ACC just to get in. There was the matchup with Marquette (74) and almost with Houston (83). But I don’t think anyone has mentioned the fact that this year’s Final Four is in Phoenix. Thats not Albuquerque but its still the Southwest. Maybe meaningless but it’s just one more thing.
