NC State has offered Western Carolina left tackle Derek Simmons, who previously attended Tusculum and Abilene Christian. He had a grade of 62.3 against NC State in the season opener, 69.5 on pass blocking and 64.2 on run blocking by Pro Football Focus.
He finished the season with a grade of 78.8, and played 612 plays in nine games.
