There was some rumblings I had heard that NC State wanted to step things up with junior combo guard Jaylen Fisher of Memphis (Tenn.) Bolton High, who Rivals.com ranks No. 45 in the country in the class of 2016. His Team Thad traveling coach announced that the Wolfpack are his 10th offer. The 6-foot-2, 170-pounder plays with Team Thad on the Under Armour circuit.
