What a mess this could be if Barstool owner Dave Portney gets to go out and buy a quarterback he likes each year for the University of Michigan. It probably won't happen this way at Michigan, but someone will do some sort of similar arrangement. But then I think the fan base would turn on a Portney kind of figure when it doesn't work out. Many other negative layers I can think of on this one.
