Seems weird, but NBA pre-season starts today. For the first time in a long while, I’m actually excited for the Hornets.
I’m a little leery about the Hayward contract, but I think he’ll be a good fit, provided he stays healthy. If PJ takes another step, and Graham carries over his great season from last year, they could be a playoff team, and a dangerous one at that.
I’m also really interested to see how good Ball is, and I was actually a fan of the Carey pick, although it’s more for the future.
