I am a little biased because I grew up listening to Bob Uecker, but he was a true American treasure. From funny national beer commercials, to announcing national games and then doing the TV show Mr. Belvedere.
He hit a career .200 as a player, but won a World Series ring with the Cardinals, but he was the voice of the Brewers since 1971. He made the Hall of Fame as an announcer.
