I do not believe DD will be fired. And as po’ed as I am about the chances we squandered this season; I do not think he deserves to be fired at season’s end. He LOVES our school, our kids and the area. His loyalty deserves a lot in my book. But I would hope some or all of the following happens:
1. Performance Review given by Boo earning a “D” on the season. Boo goes over the missed opportunities this season presented.
2. Boo lays clear this season was unacceptable and anything like it in the next few years will not be tolerated.
3. Absolutely zero contract extension or raise is given.
4. A new process for deciding NIL investments. We struck out this year and did not get much return. Perhaps Boo has to sign off on all deals?? (which may presently be the case).
5. A major effort to revamp the OL is top priority for NIL funds. We will lose most of the starting OL and are close to rock bottom. It should not be hard to make improvement from where we are.
