Curious as to whether party affiliation would affect the thinking on our senior Senator. i am conservative but not a registered Republican. i adhere to not guilty until proven guilty but some things i am hearing do not pass the smell test. the feds don't play. they seized his cell phone and obtained a warrant for his Apple Icloud info regarding his stock trades. obviously no one knows at this time whether he used non public info to dump his stocks but it sure doesn't conform with avoiding the appearance of impropriety.
i think the old boy is is deep doo doo.
to me, it all comes back to term limits. if we were sure that these self aggrandizing charlatans were guaranteed to have to live under the laws they pass, we'd see a different u.s. code. They create their little fiefdoms and leave obscenely wealthy...on 125-175k a year, maintaining two households, with one in DC? c'mon man.
