Went over to GoPack and a few things caught my eye.

State has only scored 10 points off of turnovers so far this year. Hasn’t given up any. Only recovered or forced 5 turnovers all year from opponents.

State is only giving up 66.7 yards per game rushing. But they are giving up 257 ypg passing which seems close to how last year went for the secondary.

Averaging 15.6 yards per punt return. Only giving up 6.3.

Average punt is 45.8 with a net of 39.5.

Currently have 26 sacks on the season and only given up 9. Though I think 6 came in the last game.

Have scored on 96% of red zone trips. But only scored a touchdown on 56% of those.

Can make a few conclusions on that. Rushing defense combined with sacks from pressure has been good. Still giving up yards in passing game but there will be trade offs. Offense has done a good job limiting turnovers but the defense could help things out by forcing more. Special teams has been a strength this season. Red zone touchdown scoring needs to improve.
