Greg Goldin, Director of Pack Performance: Goldin comes to NC State after spending the last two seasons as the strength and conditioning coach for the Penn State men’s basketball program. Prior to Penn State, Goldin spent two years as a human performance manager with the US Navy Special Operations. Goldin served as Wade’s director of strength and conditioning at LSU from 2017-2021. When the two worked together at LSU, the Tigers went 86-42 with two NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the 2019 Sweet 16. Prior to Baton Rouge, the duo worked together at VCU from 2015-17 and at Chattanooga from 2013-15.

Steven Soltysiak, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach: Soltysiak comes to NC State after spending the last two seasons at McNeese as the Associate Director of Sports Performance with the men’s basketball program. Prior to that, he worked at Colorado as the Assistant Sports Performance Coach. Soltysiak also has experience in intern roles with Notre Dame football and Louisville football and men’s soccer. Soltysiak graduated from Central Missouri in 2019 and earned his master’s from the University of Louisville in 2022.

Nick Flory, Director of Operations: Flory joins NC State after serving in the director of operations role for the last two seasons with the McNeese basketball program. Prior to joining McNeese, he spent the 2022-23 season as an assistant coach at Link Academy in Branson, Missouri where helped his team win the Geico High School National Championship with a record of 26-1. A graduate of LSU, Flory was a student manager for Coach Wade at LSU from 2018-20 and was a part of the 2019 SEC regular season championship team where he worked closely with the team's Video Coordinator with his main role being in film/video. From 2020-2022 he was a Graduate Assistant under Wade at LSU.

Joseph Anderson, Director of Player Development: Anderson is joining NC State after serving as a graduate assistant for McNeese the last two seasons. Prior to McNeese Anderson spent the 2022-23 season as a graduate assistant at Oklahoma State. The Houston native, played two seasons at UAlbany after stops at Northern Arizona and Nevada. He recorded a pair of 30-point games while at NAU where he averaged more than 11 points per game as a sophomore. Anderson won a pair of state titles while at Texas powerhouse Jack Yates High School and competed in the Dick's High School National Championship in at La Porte (Ind.) La Lumiere. He earned a double-major from UAlbany in 2021 in both communications and sociology.
