Following the staff changes, NC State redshirt freshman nickel Tamarcus Cooley has decided to enter the transfer portal. In most cases like this, I'd be surprised, but this is very much par for the course with Cooley and his older brother Trevion Cooley. Some are just used to not having stable situations.
