Good news is he is visiting NC State Wednesday. Bad news is that the Tallahassee native picked up a Florida State offer this week.
From a ticker story:
It wasn't just Ennis who was excited about the offer from the hometown 'Noles. His family also was ecstatic.
"Oh man, they were so happy," Ennis said. "They knew I was happy about it. I wanted to earn that offer. It was a relief getting that offer, and like I said, that's the team I've always rooted for. So it's a childhood dream. I've worked really hard for it, so it's really nice."
Now that he's received that FSU offer, Ennis said he'll move closer to making a college decision. But before that happens, he will take visits to his top two schools.
"N.C. State and FSU are my top [schools], so I want to visit N.C. State and see how that goes," Ennis said. "That will be on Wednesday. Meet all the coaches, see what it's all about. Then I will take another visit to FSU shortly after that, and then make a decision this summer."
