I watched parts of several games this weekend and really paid attention to the offensive lines. These were games involving Power 5 teams, Group of 5 teams and even a couple of lower level teams.
One thing stood out........many of our offensive linemen are way overweight and can not handle any quickness in the opponet's defensive line.
Our QB's may never be as good as Finley, but I do not believe Finley would have had any great degree of success with our current OL and without Myers and Harmon as receivers.
But the OL seems to be our biggest problem....we can gain 7-8 yards on a running play and can not make 1-2 yards on 3rd down when we really need it.
