NC State is taking its time in hiring the third assistant, just like a year ago, but director of operations Thomas Carr will be on the road for the first evaluation period this weekend. He (and majority of the staff) will be in Dallas for the big Nike Elite Youth Basketball League and Under Armour Association events are going on. I'll also expect an NC State presence for an adidas regional event in Washington, D.C.
