Absolutely took care of business today! A little flat in the 4th but that’s why you build the leads. The Trygger/Awou combo gave us 18 today and really battled and wore down Gakdeng, who’s really good. Let’s go win a championship tomorrow!

As an aside, I always get a kick out of how much Ivory Latta loves James. You wouldn’t know she was a Heel based on the way she goes on about her all the time. I think she may see a little of herself in her lol.

As an aside, I always get a kick out of how much Ivory Latta loves James. You wouldn’t know she was a Heel based on the way she goes on about her all the time. I think she may see a little of herself in her lol.

And the 3rd string center had a career high 10 points. The game really should not have been thst close. Unc shot 28%..our defense was good and they were not nearly as athletic as we were. We were much faster. We were up as many as 19 in the 4th.

I’ll say again, both basketball programs got to the final 4 last year, the baseball team got to Omaha, and the football team won 9 games. We have a short memory around here.

Last year was a Great year. I am not discounting that.
Things are not going so well for other sports at the moment. They may improve. I certainly hope baseball does.
My main point was to brag on the women’s basketball a little bit.
Wrestling is in good shape but I was mainly pointing to Basketball
We expected a better year last year in football and hopefully this year it will improve.

Totally agree. I really enjoy hearing Ivory Latta's comments. She seems like a well grounded young lady. What our conference is all about.
