Recruiting NC State linked to Federiko Federiko...

Former PIttsburgh and Texas Tech center Federiko Federiko had NC State among the schools that reportedly reached out. For fans unfamiliar with him, he's a legit 6-11 shot-blocker, decent rebounder and who is very skinny and limited to dunks/layups around the basket. I felt Pittsburgh missed his 20 minutes per game this season, and he came off the bench at TTU.

OT: If QB Nico Iamaleava leaves Tennessee, that might be the catalyst for change...

Crazy times in Tennessee where junior quarterback Nico Iamaleava essentially holds the program hostage, sort of. Whether he wants more money or better receivers in the transfer portal coming up, it is coming across very poorly.

I could see him leaving in the spring over money and contracts as the catalyst for change. I know if NC State sophomore quarterback C.J. Bailey were doing this, a good chunk of NC State fans would just throw in the towel and only worry about the NFL on weekends.

Championship Game

That game is why I hate basketball so much.

The referees completely changed the game with about fifteen minutes to go by totally changing the way the game was being called.

I hate it but I watch it anyway.

I turned it off with thirteen and a half minutes to go.

Houston still had a chance at the end but blew it.

Article on basketball NIL market and rates

Very good article on what players of certain abilities cost. Mid major players that are 3rd option on current teams are going for over 500k. The top 12 teams have budgets at 10 million or above. The next 20 are in the 8 million range. And if you don't have at least 4 million then you are wasting your time. We had 2.4 million last year. I guess we got what we paid for. https://www.cbssports.com/college-b...g-hits-unthinkable-levels-of-financial-chaos/
