Enclosed is the breakdown of points scored in the first day of the tournament. After day one we are third. Pay close attention to the Bonus Points as we got our share of them. We also have all 10 wrestlers still competing. Only Iowa still has 10 wrestlers competing for points.
In my optimistic bracket scoring I had PSU going away because I think they will have five weight classes in the final four. It is interesting to see ASU and State getting bunched up with Michigan and Iowa. Even though Iowa and Michigan have more championship qualifiers than ASU and State, I think all four teams will end up with 3-4 final four qualifiers. Scoring is going to be interesting tomorrow.
