McNeese State junior shooting guard Sincere Parker has entered the transfer portal after averaging 12.2 points in 19.7 minutes per game. He's similar to Jayden Taylor on offense in that he makes tough mid-range jumpers. He was 30.1 percent on 3-pointers, but 42.6 percent the year before in 16 games at Saint Louis.
Parker has eligibility left due to playing his freshman year at Moberly Area C.C. in Missouri. Like former NC State player Marcus Hill, he's also from Rockford, Ill.
