Wagner was as good a closer there was for many years. Maybe right behind Trevor Hoffman and Mariano Rivera. Seeing what he did for the Braves in his last season in 2010 was ridiculous for a 38-year-old.

Could someone nitpick Sabathia? Sure, but a workhorse pitcher, whose career progressed exactly as it should have, hitting his peak during his prime at age 27-31. Clearly no performance enhancing situation as he got older. It might be hard for pitchers to win 200 games now, and he won 251.
